Before Your Vet Arrives:
To ensure a smooth and efficient visit, please keep the following in mind:
- Pet Location: Your pet needs to be located and confined before the technician arrives.
- Arrival Window: We operate within a 2-hour arrival window.
- Pre-Arrival Call: A technician will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
